What You Will Be Doing
- The Creative Finalizer is responsible for the final stages of the creative production process, ensuring the accuracy, quality, and delivery of finished creative assets.
- Review designs, artwork, layouts, and proofs to ensure they meet project requirements, brand guidelines, and quality standards. Verify the accuracy of content, typography, color accuracy, image resolutions, and overall design integrity. Make necessary adjustments and refinements to ensure a polished and final version of the creative asset.
- Implement standardized quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and consistency of final creative deliverables. Conduct thorough checks for errors, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, and technical specifications. Review and approve final proofs, ensuring they adhere to the established standards and meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with creative teams to prepare finalized creative assets for production. Ensure proper file organization, naming conventions, and version control for easy retrieval and future reference. Generate final files in suitable formats and sizes as per specific production requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including creative teams, account managers, and production teams, to gather project requirements and ensure alignment. Communicate feedback, specifications, and revisions effectively to stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and resolution of any issues or concerns.
What You Should Have
- Must have a keen eye for detail to review and finalize creative materials accurately, ensuring all elements are aligned and consistent with the brand.
- Effective communication is essential in coordinating with creative teams, project managers, and clients to ensure a clear understanding of project needs and feedback.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic.
What We Are Looking For
- Degree in graphic design, visual arts, communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a creative production role, with a focus on finalization and quality control.
- Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy, consistency, and visual aesthetics.
- Excellent knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Proficiency in design software, such as Windows and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant tools.
