Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design concepts that align with client needs and project objectives.
- Create detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
- Select and source materials, furnishings, and finishes that enhance the overall design vision.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
- Bring fresh, out-of-the-box creative ideas and inputs to every project, pushing the boundaries of conventional design.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to bring innovative ideas to projects.
- Prepare project documentation and specifications, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Must be able to multitask effectively, managing multiple projects promptly and simultaneously while ensuring all work is completed within the scheduled time frame.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience in interior design or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Max, Video Editing and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design solutions.

Pay: AED3,000.00 AED4,000.00 per month
