One of our esteemed clients is looking for someone to join their team at a VP level within Credit Administration for corporate banking.

Title: Credit Documentation, Director

Location: Doha, Qatar

Job role:

The incumbent will be in charge of making sure that the processes for acquiring, drafting, and completing legal documents and supporting materials that adhere to the strictest market and industry standards are followed.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing credit and loan documentation, including agreements, collateral documents, and covenants, to ensure they meet both regulatory and internal standards.
• Ensuring that any required documentation for loans is complete & compliant with legal.
• Ensuring all credit documents comply with regulatory standards and institutional policies to mitigate risk of non-compliance.
• Collaborating with legal, compliance, and risk management teams to ensure all documentation practices align

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably with a Major in Accounting or Finance or Economics
• Minimum 15+ years of experience with managerial position in similar function for at least 6+ years.
