Role Purpose:
- Maintain business readiness and provide high-quality Crisis Management response services to protect people, environment, assets, and reputation.
- Establishing Crisis Management strategic planning and business scope and framework, development of Fire contingencies plans, and managing fire rescue services manning, training, and exercises
- Responsible for the design, implementation, communication, and coordination of all programs in all sites.
- Assist and provide technical expertise in the development, design, and implementation of Crisis Management of all aspects in compliance with the National and Fire Prevention Association Code and National and International HSE Regulations, Standards, and CoPs.
- Demonstration of continuous improvement in Crisis Management performance.
- Ensure that Crisis Management is an operational priority throughout and assist Senior Management to create a strong positive safe and efficient culture.

- Provide Crisis Management and Business Continuity response services.
- Assist and provide technical expertise in the development, design, and implementation of Crisis Management and business Continuity of all aspects in compliance with the National and Fire Prevention Association Code and National & and International HSE Regulations, Standards, and CoPs.
- Liaise with all levels of employees, particularly management in promoting, planning, and implementing consistently high standards of Crisis Management & Business Continuity.
- Make sure that the Impact of changes is reported as soon as possible to the senior management such as the introduction of new Regulations, procedures, and work processes.
- Lead continuous performance improvement in Crisis Management & Business Continuity.
- Integrate Crisis Management & Business Continuity MS to operate standard operation procedures and disaster plans and assist Senior Management in creating a strong positive safe and efficient culture.
- Carry out Crisis Management & Business Continuity audits and inspections.
- Ensure that systems are in place to ensure risks are assessed and that sensible control measures are established and maintained.
- Verify and monitor the effectiveness of implemented mitigations and HSE measures identified through risk assessment, audits
- Monitor the effectiveness of Crisis Management and business Continuity management systems and departmental disaster & and recovery plans, and provide feedback/ recommendations for management review.
- Analyze crisis events, business disruption, and business recovery information and advice Management with tendencies that could affect the business objectives of the Company.
- Coordinate with all levels of management in determining, planning, and prioritizing the actions required in attaining and maintaining Crisis Management & Business Continuity Policy, Objectives, and Targets.
- Work closely with the Human Resources/ HSE Department to develop and manage both short and long-term Crisis Management and Business Continuity Training Programs.
- Responsible for the development of annual budget recommendations and implementation.
- Provide regular written reports, as well as other production-related results and updates to the Senior Management.
Certifications Mandatory:
Certified Lead Auditor ISO 22301-2019
Preferable: NCEMA 7000-2021
Experience
A minimum of 8- 12 years of relevant experience
