Urgent Job Opportunity!

We are seeking an experienced CRM Assistant to join a major financial institution in Switzerland in the Private Banking team. This role is pivotal in providing essential support to Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) and the Desk Head, ensuring smooth administrative and operational activities to enhance client service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
-Provide day-to-day support to CRMs and the Desk Head in administrative and commercial activities, maintaining high standards of service delivery.
-Manage daily cash and corporate actions, ensuring accurate execution and reporting.
-Execute trades across all major asset classes including FX, equities, fixed income, funds, commodities, structured products, options, hedge funds (HF), and private equity (PE).
-Prepare and organize client meetings, and coordinate business trips for CRMs, ensuring all arrangements are handled efficiently.
-Support CRMs in compliance and customer-related projects as required, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
-Create KYC (Know Your Customer) files with CRM support and manage the account opening and closing process in compliance with internal policies and regulations.
-Handle other administrative tasks and respond to ad-hoc requests promptly to support overall team efficiency.

Profile Requirements:
-Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics or completed bank apprenticeship or similar banking education.
-Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position within private banking or wealth management.
-Technical Skills: Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with Avaloq is advantageous.
-Customer Service: Strong customer service ethics with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
-Work Ethic: Hands-on mentality with the ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
-Personal Attributes: Sense of responsibility, dynamism, proactivity, and flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.
-Language Skills: Fluent in English and French; proficiency in additional languages is an asset, enhancing communication capabilities.
