PetroApp, a leading automotive company, is currently looking for a skilled CRM Expert with proficiency in both Zoho and MS Dynamics. As a CRM Expert at PetroApp, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to gather requirements, customize and configure CRM systems, and provide training and support to end-users. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our CRM systems effectively support the sales, marketing, and customer service teams in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Zoho CRM and MS Dynamics CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and customize CRM systems accordingly
- Configure and maintain CRM databases, workflows, and automations
- Provide training and support to end-users on CRM usage and best practices
- Ensure data integrity and conduct regular data hygiene activities
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends and provide insights for business decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM administration and customization
- Proficiency in Zoho CRM and MS Dynamics CRM
- Solid understanding of CRM concepts and best practices
- Experience with CRM database management, workflows, and automations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and training abilities
