About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and data-driven CRM Manager to lead our customer lifecycle marketing initiatives for both Anghami and OSN+. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and hands-on executing strategic lifecycle programs aimed at enhancing user engagement, retention, and conversion rates. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Editorial, Design, and Product, to optimize marketing efforts and manage CRM projects from ideation through to execution. The CRM Manager will ensure that all communications are not only relevant and effective but also align with our broader marketing strategies to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
What you'll be doing:
Design, develop, and implement end-to-end CRM campaigns that drive user activation, engagement, retention, reactivation, and conversion across multiple channels, including email, in-app messaging, and push notifications.
Lead and own all stages of CRM projects from ideation to execution, including planning, briefing, coordination with stakeholders, setup, and performance tracking.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using a variety of tools (e.g., Looker, Amplitude, Spreadsheets) to derive actionable insights.
Regularly conduct A/B tests and other experiments to optimize key metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversion rates, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.
Present data-driven recommendations to management, focusing on enhancing user retention, revenue and preventing churn.
Work closely with Brand, Editorial, Creative & Product teams to optimize user onboarding experiences and improve the conversion rate of free users to premium subscribers.
Collaborate with the Analytics teams to define and refine audience segmentation for targeted campaigns, ensuring the right message reaches the right user at the right time.
Manage the CRM marketing calendar, planning proactively for upcoming campaigns and ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies.
Oversee and continuously optimize ongoing marketing campaigns to find the optimal cadence across various channels and audience segments.
Stay ahead of industry trends and suggest enhancements to current CRM strategies based on market insights and performance analysis.
Continuously assess, evaluate, and troubleshoot marketing data, tools, and processes to support the development of scalable and personalized lifecycle programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in CRM, Email Marketing with an overall experience of 5+ years in Marketing / Growth related domains.
Proven track record of leading successful marketing projects with an impact on profitability.
Hands-on experience in developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in CRM tools and platforms (Experience with Braze is a significant advantage).
Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Adobe Analytics (Omniture), Amplitude, SQL etc.
Experience in Subscription Businesses, OTTs, Streaming Platforms is a plus.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
