Job Description
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the selected vendor, facilitating effective communication, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment between projects Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze the gathered business requirements and map them to the functionalities offered by Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution chosen. Lead the process of signing off on project requirements internally, ensuring that they align with organizational objectives and priorities.
Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with vendors, manage vendor relationships and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations in collaboration with both internal teams and the vendor, ensuring clarity on project deliverables, milestones, and dependencies to drive successful implementation.
Oversee the testing process, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance activities, to validate that the implemented CRM solution meets specified requirements and delivers the expected business outcomes.
Implement change management strategies to promote user adoption of the CRM system, including training programs, communication plans, and ongoing support mechanisms to facilitate a smooth transition and maximize the benefits of the new technology.
Play a key role in understanding data export requirements as requested by the vendor, liaise between internal teams to export from the current systems validating data to ensure its accuracy and completeness for migration. Collaborate with the vendor to import data into the new CRM system, overseeing the migration process and conducting validation tests to ensure data integrity.
Evaluate security and infrastructure requirements for the CRM implementation by collaborating with IT teams to ensure that necessary security measures are implemented to protect sensitive data. Coordinate with infrastructure teams to optimize system performance and scalability, addressing any infrastructure-related issues during implementation.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, or a related field is often preferred, although equivalent work experience may be considered.
Strong background in project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading and implementing CRM projects or similar IT initiatives.
Understanding of CRM concepts, processes, and best practices, including familiarity with CRM software platforms and their functionalities.
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, security principles, and data privacy regulations relevant to CRM systems, enabling collaboration with IT teams and addressing technical challenges as they arise.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with internal stakeholders, senior management, and external vendors to drive alignment and achieve project goals.
Plus, if you have :
Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or specific CRM platform certifications
Experience in data migration, data cleansing, and data validation processes, with the ability to oversee data-related tasks and ensure data integrity throughout the implementation phase, is a plus.
