Job Description/Responsibilities:
- CRM Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies tailored specifically to the mobile app environment. Leverage data insights to optimize user engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Data Analysis: Analyze mobile app user data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization. Utilize analytical tools and techniques to extract actionable insights and inform CRM strategies.
- Email Marketing Campaigns: Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns targeting various segments of mobile app users. Develop engaging email content, including newsletters, promotional offers, and product updates, to drive user engagement and conversions.
- Segmentation and Personalization: Segment mobile app users based on behavior, demographics, and preferences. Implement personalized email marketing strategies to deliver relevant content and offers to different user segments, increasing the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Campaign Automation: Implement automated email workflows and drip campaigns to nurture leads, onboard new users, and re-engage inactive users. Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaign management and maximize efficiency.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on email campaigns to optimize performance and enhance effectiveness. Test different subject lines, content variations, and calls-to-action to identify winning strategies and improve key metrics such as open rates and click-through rates.
- Integration and Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and data analytics, to ensure alignment of CRM initiatives with overall business goals. Integrate email marketing efforts with other marketing channels and initiatives for cohesive and consistent messaging.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of email marketing campaigns using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated. Generate regular reports and dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices related to email marketing, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance. Ensure adherence to legal requirements and ethical standards in all email communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Proven experience in CRM management and email marketing, particularly within the mobile app industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or equivalent. Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
