Role Purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented E-commerce Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist to join our dynamic User Experience Team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving website & App traffic conversion and maximizing revenue metrics through data-driven strategies and continuous optimization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of changes on key conversion metrics.
- Deeply analyse data from Google Analytics and other tools to uncover user behaviour patterns and trends.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for website/App changes, and product offerings.
- Stay up to date on the latest conversion optimization strategies and best practices.
- Report on App and website performance and optimization results to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (merchandising, design, tech, and marketing) to identify opportunities for conversion improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Proven track record of successfully optimizing e-commerce websites & Apps for conversion rate improvement.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce conversion funnels and user behaviour.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other data analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for understanding user behaviour and the psychology of persuasion.
