NOK Human Capital is hiring Customer Service Agents Calls ,Chat & Email (Spanish) for IntouchCX, a global BPO leader in customer support industry.
Job Description:
1) Respond to customer-submitted inquiries in a timely manner via Calls, Emails & chats
2) Queue-based, typing work will account for approximately 90% of the role.
3) Training, 1:1s/ team meetings, reviewing guides/resources will account for about 10% of the time.
4) Troubleshoot and guide customers through questions and issues with their Account, Billing, Domains, Google Workspace and other inquiries
5) Independently meet targets across Quality, Productivity and Customer Satisfaction, in any channel.
Job Requirements:
1) High school diploma or Bachelor Degree.
2) Very Good in English is a MUST
3) Excellent language skills, especially written, in the spanish language
4) Customer-facing experience required in a similar role (online support preferred, retail, hospitality, etc).
