Duties and responsibilities.
MUST HAVE VALID DRIVING LICENSE - UAE
- Follow up with supplier for shipment status and verification of shipment documents and monitoring all international shipments.
- Preparing cash Memo for Shipment clearing and prepare petty cash vouchers against payment done for shipment related invoices.
- Applying New HS-Codes and requesting to add Raw material Quota in Ministry of Industry and Advance Technology (MOIAT) system.
- Follow up with shipping lines for shipment arrivals.
- Collection of Delivery Orders from shipping lines and make payments for delivery orders through bank account.
- Preparing Duty exemption reports in Ministry of Industry and Advance Technology (MOIAT) system.
- Preparing Bill of Entry in E-Mirsal2 Dubai Trade/ Custom system and managing all the documentation and submission through E-Mirsal.
- Preparing Food Inspection request in Dubai Municipality system.
- Generating Token/ Gate pass of shipments in DP World System.
- Making permit for Import Strategic goods in Committee for Goods and Materials Subject to Import and Export Control in-case of Dubai Police/ CID inspection required.
- Preparing documents for Customs Clearance and original document submission for Custom on time through Zajel Account.
- Preparing ZAD report for Land shipments coming from Saudi Border via Ghafat and make booking payments in system.
