We are hiring a Customer Analytics Manager to oversee comprehensive customer, marketing, and business analytics, ensuring precise delivery within deadlines and project scopes.
Reporting directly to the Head of Insight & Analytics, you will lead and support the customer analytics team, driving clear, error-free outputs and fostering a motivated work environment. Collaboration with channel owners and business stakeholders will be key, advising on data-driven strategies to enhance campaign performance and streamline marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Custodianship of CDP and oversight of database integrity for BI, fostering strong IT and managed service partner relationships.
- Continuous improvement and management of reporting using Power BI, empowering broader business teams in tool utilization.
- Implementing proactive analysis and reporting strategies closely aligned with Marketing and trade activities.
- Defining and recommending new marketing and customer analytics to enhance performance and support special projects.
- Developing and deploying predictive propensity models to optimize targeted marketing efforts.
- Managing third-party partnerships to ensure timely service delivery.
- Driving process efficiencies to enhance work quality and speed.
- Managing ad hoc analysis requests from across the business and ensuring consistent deadline achievement.
- Cultivating strong cross-departmental relationships and effective communication with the customer team.
- Collaborating with Research Management to achieve comprehensive 360 insights.
- Developing and empowering analysts as ambassadors for analytics and insights across the organization.
Skills & Experience:
- Education to degree level in a relevant scientific field (Essential).
- Demonstrated hands-on analytics experience (Essential).
- Direct marketing or customer analytics experience in retail (Essential).
- Proficiency in SQL for extracting and analyzing customer and transactional data (Essential).
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar (Essential).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Essential).
- Experience with Alteryx or similar data analytics tools (Strongly Preferred).
- Experience in team management and mentoring (Strongly Preferred).
- Knowledge of customer data architecture and system migration (Strongly Preferred).
- Experience in campaign planning and data selection execution (Preferred).
- Additional experience in Digital/Product/Category Analytics, Online/Offline Attribution, Marketing Segmentation, Propensity Modelling (Desirable).
