We are hiring a Customer Care (English speaker) for Emirati CO. which pioneered frustrations and complexities associated with dealings with government processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate the organization's operations in line with new company setups, license renewal, compliance, and regulatory body approvals, including but not limited to new setups, conversions, and sponsored and non-sponsored clients.
• Ensure that all company information is correctly updated in software.

Qualifications:

• fluent in English is a MUST.
• Experience with customer care/ customer service/ customer support is a MUST.
• 2-4 years of experience.
