Role & responsibilities- Deliver best in class customer service experience by phone in an Inbound Campaign. Customer service or Retention or Renewal experience is preferred.
Understand customers demand and needs to find most suitable product/solution
Successfully achieve positive outcomes
Deliver against KPIs- Ability to overcome customer objections
Maintain a good product knowledge across all our brands
IT literate, able to take inbound calls whilst navigating multiple software systems
