Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Deliver best in class customer service experience by phone in an Inbound Campaign. Customer service or Retention or Renewal experience is preferred.
Understand customers demand and needs to find most suitable product/solution
Successfully achieve positive outcomesDeliver against KPIs
  • Ability to overcome customer objections
Maintain a good product knowledge across all our brands
IT literate, able to take inbound calls whilst navigating multiple software systems
  • Preferred candidate profile


  • Excellent oral & written communication
Accuracy and attention to detail
Influencing and persuading skillsAbility to work to deadlines and under pressure
  • Self-motivated and driven to provide excellent customer experience
Team working, building relationships across the organization

  • 00 - 25,000.00 per month
