Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Care Representative at Concentrix Cairo located in Cairo. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. Your daily tasks will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the customer service team to deliver exceptional service and maintain positive customer relationships.
