Job Description
Responding promptly to inquiries from prospective and current clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Guiding clients through the home buying or selling process, explaining each step and addressing any questions or concerns
Coordinating with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, and other service providers to ensure a seamless experience
Maintaining detailed records of client communications and transactions
Identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional Mobco Developments products and services
Participating in client events and open houses to represent the company
Providing feedback to management on ways to improve the customer experience
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, ideally within the real estate industry
Thorough understanding of the residential real estate buying, selling, and leasing process
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
Proficiency with CRM software and other real estate technology tools
Passion for providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond for clients
Real estate license or certification preferred but not required
