This leading real estate developer is currently in a phase of rapid growth and business expansion. They are seeking a Senior Customer Experience Manager to join the business and play a key role in developing and shaping their customer experience.

Your new role

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers have an exceptional experience across all touchpoints of the company. You will lead initiatives within the teams, to improve customer satisfaction, streamline processes, and enhance the overall customer journey. You will have a passion for creating positive experiences, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

What you will need to succeed

  • 5+ years of experience in a related role, with leadership experience.
  • Ideally you will come from relevant industry experience.
  • Proven experience in driving customer experiences improvements, including managing customer journeys, leading cross-functional teams, and implementing satisfaction programs.
  • Proven experience working with systems like SAP and Salesforce.
  • Motivated and driven, with excellent leadership skills to guide the team you lead.
