Job Summary:
The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for managing the recruitment pipelines of domestic workers, handling customer issues, and ensuring a smooth process from recruitment to post-arrival support. This role involves coordinating documentation for work visas, work permits, and residency cards, as well as resolving conflicts between clients and their recruits. The representative ensures excellent customer service throughout the entire recruitment and employment process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Pipeline Management:
- Oversee and manage the recruitment process for domestic workers.
- Communicate with potential recruits and ensure their qualifications meet client needs.
- Maintain an organized database of candidates and track their progress through the recruitment pipeline.
2. Documentation and Compliance:
- Assist in the collection and processing of all necessary documents required for work visa applications.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure timely issuance of work permits and residency cards.
- Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.
3. Customer Support:
- Provide ongoing support to clients and recruits throughout the recruitment and employment process.
- Address and resolve any issues or concern that clients may have with their recruits.
- Follow up with clients and recruits to ensure satisfaction and address any post-recruitment issues.
4. Conflict Resolution:
- Mediate conflicts between clients and recruits to ensure a positive working relationship.
- Implement conflict resolution strategies and provide support to both parties to achieve a satisfactory outcome.
5. Client Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed about the recruitment process and any updates.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience at all times.
6. Administrative Duties:
- Keep detailed records of all interactions with clients and recruits.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on recruitment progress and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or recruitment is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
