We're looking for a passionate and motivated Customer Onboarding Intern to join our team. We want a team player who is driven and willing to learn to accompany us on our mission of playing a vital role in the digital transformation sweeping the MENA region.
As a Customer Onboarding Intern you will facilitate the success of projects within the implementation process by assisting with day-to-day activities across SMEs and Enterprise accounts. You will learn labor laws and tax laws across MENA by learning how to implement them into ZenHR and help complete projects within
their SLAs.

What you will be doing :
- Transferring customer data to their ZenHR accounts across SMEs and Enterprise projects.
- Preparation of data templates within the required quality guidelines.
- Day-to-day follow-ups with project consultants within the Customer Onboarding Team to
- achieve the required tasks within the required deadline.
- Shadowing Consultants during the implementation process to learn the Customer Onboarding
- journey.
- Providing documentation and MoMs for the shadowed training sessions.
- Learning labor law across the MENA region.
- Reflecting labor law and customers internal policies into ZenHR.
- Data clustering and filtration using the required tools.
- Learn the basics of financial systems and their integration abilities with ZenHR.
Who you are :
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Information technology, Human Resources or any related field.
Experience: 0-1 Years experience in one of the following domains: Project management, HRM or ERP implementations or HR. Previous experience in a tech company or a start-up is a plus.
Arabic: Mother tongue Mandatory
English: Fluent in both spoken and written English is a must. (CEFR Level: C1)
Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets: Intermediate skills that enable data parsing and cleansing. Has the ability to use functions and data consolidation options.
Presentation skills: Excellent presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
Communication skills: Proactive and a people's person with the ability to engage and initiate conversations.
Customer Service Skills: Able to deal with customers in a welcoming and proactive attitude. Has the ability to defuse tension and come up with solutions to unusual scenarios.
