Job Purpose:
The primary function of this role is to lead a team of QAM's to proactively support the customers in assuring and maintaining the system quality. The secondary function is to appropriately respond to customer complaints while considering the impact for both Customer and the firm to assure supply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads the QAM team in the assigned countries, provides (leader) standard work, assures the usage of the standards(SES), Supervises the capability development of the team.
- The 1st point of contact for the customer for all quality-related topics and complaints, including preliminary assessment / judgement of these complaints by coordinating of - and participating in- investigations and ensuring a timely technical and financial closure (including approvals) of the complaint.
- Leader of critical incidents, root cause analysis and all related actions
- Administration of customer complaints in the ICCM system (SAP)
- Act as complaint owner and task owner where and whenever needed
- Participates in the composition and executing of relevant quality-related trainings, quality assurance and quality control aspects
- Key contact for the global/regional quality leaders for all quality-related issues at the customer and facilitates/participates in quality audits
- Participates in customer information requests, customer improvement projects, material change programs and customer assessments
- (QuickScans) on a regular basis
Key Requirements:
- Degree in food technology, food science, microbiology, quality management or other related studies.
- 6 Six Sigma green belt highly recommended
