Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi. As a Customer Service Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate service delivery, resolving any issues or concerns, and proactively identifying opportunities for account growth and service improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  • Experience in managing a team of customer service representatives in a call center environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Passionate about understanding customer needs and delivering a superior customer experience
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
