Job Description


Develop and implement creative solutions to resolve client problems promptly and efficiently.
Employ strong de-escalation techniques to maintain positive client interactions during challenging situations.
Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely.

Desired Candidate Profile


Profile:

Bachler's degree in commerce or any related studies
Males ONLY are welcome to apply.
Residents of Zayed and October are preferred.
1-2 Relevant years of experience as customer service or technical support.
experience in Fin-Tech industry is preferable
Good Communications skills and ability to work within a team.
Good knowledge of Microsoft office.
Strong customer service experience.
Strong problem-solving and research skills.
Flexible with rotational shifts
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures for end-user technical support.
