Customer service Agent
Job summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated customer service agent to join our team. The customer service agent will be responsible for providing high-quality assistance to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
-Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
-Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
-Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
-Data entry in various platforms
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in using various customer service software and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
-Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
-Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English and Arabic)
- Familiarity with CRM software and data entry
- Prior experience in a team-oriented environment
