Customer Service Agent

We are a Dubai-based photo studio offering family photography services around the UAE. As our company grows we are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our post-production team.

As a Customer Service Agent, you will assist clients with their orders, answer their questions, and keep them updated on the status of their photos. You will work with our post-production team to ensure clients are satisfied with the final products.

Availability: Immediately

Responsibilities:

• Answer client inquiries via chat and phone.
• Provide information about our services and order status.
• Work with the post-production team to resolve client issues.
• Ensure clients are happy with their photos.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Sales experience is a good plus.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Fast typing and analytical skills.
• Fast PC or laptop with high-speed internet.
