Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Customer Servicewho should have at least 2 years of experience in the UAE
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat
- Provide accurate information about products or services.
- Handle complaints and provide satisfactory solutions.
- Record and process orders and complaints.
- Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
-Assist customers in resolving technical issues.
-Provide clear instructions for the proper use of products or services.
- Document all customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management system.
- Prepare reports on recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with other teams such as sales and marketing to enhance customer experience.
-Participate in training sessions and provide suggestions for improving customer service processes.
