Job Description

As a Customer Support Associate at 7eventzz.com, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience for our event decoration services across India.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our services, including balloon decoration, canopy decoration, and event planning, to provide accurate information to customers.
Order Management: Assist customers with booking, modifying, and canceling orders, ensuring smooth transaction processing.Feedback Handling: Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve complex issues.
  • Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the events or e-commerce industry.Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain a calm demeanor.
Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
