Customer Service Coordinator

NSTROM COMPANY is Hiring - Service and Calibration Coordinator

Key Qualifications:

1 to 4 years of experience in Analytical Equipment.

Degree in Science, Engineering, or Pharmacy.

Very good command of English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preference for candidates residing in or near Heliopolis, Cairo.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate service calls and dispatches, including maintenance contract renewals, and assign team members to projects.

Schedule personnel, tools, and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability.

Interact and communicate with all customers and Field Service Engineers.

Coordinate operations with Engineers and warehouse as necessary.

Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the assigned staff, and responding to special requests.

Order and manage repair parts cycle times and communicate with customers to ensure resolution.

Location: Heliopolis

Salary: Based on experience

Working hours: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, days off Friday & Saturday
