Job Description

Current Position Title: Customer Service Executive
  • Main Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:

This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and smooth operation of our services.
  • Meeting and Appointment Scheduling:

Arrange meetings and appointments for cleaning services with customers.

Coordinate schedules between customers and cleaning staff to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Office Administration:

Perform general office administration tasks including answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling correspondence.

Maintain office supplies and ensure a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, providing information about services, and assisting customers with their needs.

Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

Communicate with customers and management on any problems, complaints and delays, etc.

Work closely with operations and management to address customer concerns promptly and maintain customer satisfaction.

Build a strong relationship with clients by providing excellent communication and services.

Collect feedback from clients regarding their cleaning experience and report to management.

Responsible for ensuring that clients are satisfied with the cleaning services provided and foster long-term partnerships built on trust and reliability.
  • Complaint Resolution:

Listen to customer complaints and work towards resolving them promptly and satisfactorily.

Implement solutions to prevent recurring issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Time Management and Organization:

Organize and manage the schedules of employees and customers to ensure efficient use of time and resources.

Prioritize tasks and appointments to meet customer demands and business needs.
  • Record Keeping:

Accurately record and maintain customer information including contact details, service history, and feedback.

Maintain financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and payment records.

_Any other duties assigned by the management._

Qualifications:


Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a cleaning or similar service industry.

At least 3 years of experience in UAE as a customer service executive.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.

Proficient in using office software, especially MS Office and Excel.

Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Able to speak English and Arabic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,
  • 00 - AED5,000.00 per month
