Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.

  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.

  • Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and policies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, including, weekends, and holidays.
