Aber Vehicles Registration is seeking a dedicated UAE national to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to individuals seeking vehicle registration services. You will play a key role in assisting customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining high standards of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers inquiring about vehicle registration processes and requirements.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding fees, documentation, and procedures.
- Guide customers through the registration process, assisting with form completion and data entry.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently, escalating complex matters as needed.
- Maintain thorough and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with RTA Dubai regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:
- UAE National (mandatory requirement).
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
