As a Customer Service Officer, you will be crucial in ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include confirming delivery details, addressing incoming calls, managing customer inquiries, obtaining feedback on orders, and promoting customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Verifying and confirming delivery details with customers
- Sending the confirmation message to the customer after confirming with them via call
- Addressing any concerns or special requests related to delivery
- Participating in the phone loop to answer incoming customer calls during their scheduled shift at all times
- Handling incoming calls with professionalism and using a customer-centric approach
- Documenting all relevant details of customer interactions
- Transferring complex cases or issues to the Customer Service Manager when necessary
- Providing detailed information to customers regarding location, opening hours, branches, terms and policies, or any related inquiry
- Addressing customer inquiries promptly and accurately
- Demonstrating a great understanding of the company's terms and conditions to assist customers effectively
- Organizing the Delivery-Out receipts received after the order is delivered
- Checking the Delivery-Out receipt for any customer comments or complaints
- Making sure that all the purchase orders received are signed by the customer and report the Delivery-Out receipts which are not signed

- Excellent self-awareness and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in english and arabic
- Excellent MS office skills
- Knowledge using an ERP system
- Strong email management skills
