Job description ct as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency to ensuring excellent customer service to achieve highest standards of quality and customer satisfactory.
Responsibilities Manage incoming calls, answer, direct, and identify customer's needs, orders and inquiries in timely manner.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication and provide proper solutions.
To generate, updated and maintain all the needed customer records, PO's , dispatch on the company ERP system. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents as per the company policies & procedures.
Coordinate the PO's with sales team, procurement & Logistics team, Operations Teams and follow up on clients orders until finish goods are received to end clients and provide after sales service as per the company quality standards.
Issue invoices after placing the PO's on the system & update sales and accounting team.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. And participate in customer satisfaction surveys and feedback.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Skills required Bachelor's degree / Diploma
Excellent Interpersonal skills expecially communication skills, problem solving & active listiening skills
Computer Literacy (E mailing, MS Office, MS Project, Internet, etc.)
Min 1 -2 years experience in customer service
Excellent command of English Spoken & Written
Educational requirements Bachelor's degree / Diplom
