Job Description

As a member of Munich Re the MedNet Group is a leading Third-Party Administrator across the MEA region. We are currently seeking to hire a Customer Service Officer who is accountable to enhance satisfaction levels of external customers by providing accurate product / service information and resolving service issues.

Your Role:

  • Manage the expectations of the client on the services that can be rendered within the remit of the client's insurance coverage and the service capability of the organization.
  • Promote MedNet image and name as a leading TPA within Bahrain and regional markets.
  • Refer customer grievances to the concerned / designated departments for further investigation and redressal.
  • Follow up with the designated departments to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers problems.
  • Where necessary conduct independent investigations to determine the causes of complaint.
  • Recommend improvements in services or procedures or products in order to prevent future problems.
  • Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with PICs & providers.
  • Primary channel for customers communication.

Your Profile:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication both in English & Arabic.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly profound experience in developing PowerPoint Presentations, Excel sheets models and MS Project.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
