Diploma/ Degree in Logistics or experienced as customer service in logistics / warehouse.
Job Description:
Acknowledge mails from Customers
Plan & execute export operation
Ensure daily activities run smoothly & generate more productivity
To ensure 100% accuracy in recording shipment / cargoes details
To maintain good relationship with customer whenever customer need assistance & support
To issue invoice for customers (if any)
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time.
Monthly billing & weekly billing (if any)
