About Role:We're looking to hire for friendly and helpful people to work with us as Customer Service Representatives in Dubai. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for helping our customers with their questions and sorting out any problems they have.
Responsibilities:
Here are the main things they will do:
- Talk to customers and help them, whether it's on the phone, through email, or in person.
- Listen to what customers are worried about and find ways to fix it, or ask someone else to help if needed.
- Make sure orders, returns, and swaps are done right and on time.
- Give customers information about our products, prices, and if they're available.
- Work with other parts of the company to make sure customers issues get sorted out quickly.
- Keep good records of what you do with customers.
- Check back with customers to make sure they're happy and if there are any other problems.
- Know a lot about our products, how we work, and what to do if things go wrong.
- Handle complaints and feedback in a polite and understanding way.
Requirements:
Here are the qualifications and skills required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- It's good if you've worked in customer service before, but it's not a must.
- You should be good at talking to people and solving problems.
- You need to be able to do many things at once and work fast.
- Know how to use computer programs like Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Speak English well; knowing more languages is a bonus.
