This is a full-time, on-site role as a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. They will also maintain accurate customer records and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
