Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at our business located in Cairo, Egypt. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with customers, resolving inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will handle a variety of customer interactions such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting with product or service inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
*The salary is up to 15 Net
9000 EGP Basic +100 Euros KPIs.
+ 1k overnight allowance
*10% increase after 6 months & 15% increase after 1 year.
*Social insurance + Medical coverage up to 200,000 EGP per employee per year.
