Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, order inquiries, and after-sales support.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and diplomacy, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Liaise with internal departments such as sales, production, and logistics to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall enhancement of our customer service operations.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and verbal).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Arabic nationals are preferred.
