Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative (NO RUSH Account) at GoChat247 in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves daily tasks such as handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service and Customer Experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
