Position
The inbound customer service representative is responsible for answering incoming calls from customers by telephone. Their role is to identify their needs and provide a solution as quickly as possible. Sometimes, he/she must also finalize sales. Reporting to the team manager, his/her main missions are to :
Receiving incoming calls from customers
Actively listen to the callers
Identify their needs, analyze their requests and direct them
Maintain the highest quality of customer service
Ensure that the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the project are met.
Before taking on the mission, a complete training is provided to prepare him/her for the responsibilities that will be entrusted to him/her.
Profile
Perfect command of the English language, with good oral and written skills.
Excellent argumentation skills.

Work Experience
Experience in telemarketing is desirable (inbound calls)
