Position Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The candidate will need very Good verbal and written English, along with Previous experience in the Customer Service field, and a bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities:

- Provide support to our valued users, addressing their inquiries and concerns effective

- Skillfully handle user issues

- Proactively gather user feedback and communicate updates

- Offer personalized attention and support to VIP customers, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.

Qualifications:

- Fluent in English, with outstanding speaking and writing proficiency.

- Preferred: Previous experience in the Customer Service field.
