Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with call center or face to face experience to effectively manage customer enquiries and complaints. Success in this role requires the ability to stay composed under pressure and proficiency with computer systems. Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotating shift environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, live chat and in person.
- Promptly acknowledge, address, and resolve customer complaints.
- Uphold a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through open, interactive communication.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products to accurately answer customer questions.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and customer requests efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Provide actionable feedback to improve the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional support.
- Contribute to team goals by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and one of the following languages: Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, Malayalam, Filipino.
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or as a Client Service Representative, with call centre experience.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotating shift environment.
- Strong phone communication and active listening skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to adapt to various personalities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Calm under pressure, especially when dealing with upset customers.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
