Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing support and assistance to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues and complaints, and maintaining accurate customer records.
