Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Nyroz Flowers located in Cairo, Egypt. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This includes answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also maintain customer records, process orders, and communicate with other teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in computer systems and customer service software
  • Fair in both written and spoken English
