Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Customer Service Representative over the phone at a multinational bank located in Smart Village. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through phone interactions with customers. This is a hybrid role, with the option for some remote work.

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer management systems
