Projex Event Services is a leading events and exhibitions management company in Dubai. We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to enhance client relationships and support event operations within our show management department.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Understand exhibitor requirements and ensure successful delivery on event days
- Support with event details, schedules, planning, design and logistics information
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
Issue Resolution:
- Address and resolve customer concerns or issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams for effective solutions to any issues which arise
Event Support:
- Assist in coordinating event logistics, including registration and on-site support
- Work closely with the events team for seamless execution
Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in English (essential); additional language skills (Arabic or others) are advantageous
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Generate reports on customer feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in events or hospitality
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
- Knowledge of the events and exhibitions industry is a plus
