Job Description

Raya Customer Experience is hiring customer service agent for anyone who's interested in banking sector.

Responsibilities

- Dealing with customer issues via phone

- Handling customers and solving their problems .

- provide knowledgeable answers to customers. questions about product,pricing and availability.

-work with internal departments to meet customer needs.

Requirements

-Graduates.

-Ready to start immediately.

-English level: B1

-Excellent phone etiquette and excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

-Excellent communication , handling and problem solving skills .

-ability to multitask , prioritize and organize work .
