Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative (Banking Sector) at RAYA CX, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
