Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at RISEUP Group in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing information about products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications
  • Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English languages
  • Prior experience in customer service roles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
